sooo..... i have been busy the last few weeks... my traveling plans all pretty much went as planned.

i did go to Xi'an and saw a lot of history stuff there.. including the elaborate tombstone (is that what you would call it) of this emperor that had like thousands of stone statues buied with him to protect him in the after life... as well as horses, chariots... and also all the people that helped build the tomb area so that the location of where the emperor was buried would not leak out... (hell of a pay off isnt it? -_-).  i also saw this garden area that some guy gave to.. if i understood correctly his sons wife?  bc he was in love with her or something like that.. its this huge place with like thousands of shower rooms (guess what those were used for)  and a lot of other stuff... so then we get to the part where we see like a statue of what she looks like along with other pictures.. and youd think thered be some like hot ass girl for all that but it ends up shes like WHATEVERs... and shes all fat... hhaha well they said that was considered beauty back in the day... go figure.

also... went to shanghai.. that was fun.. got to see most of the stuff you should see when you go to shanghai (there isnt that much) including the popular downtown area and mall building, boat ride along the bay or whatever it is... oh and... the first temporary korean government established after the japanese occupation area.  that was kinda cool too.  other stuff like an art museum and stuff but i forget...

for my next trip... i am going to thailand TOMORROW!! =)))))  going for 5-6 days and arriving on the morning of the 30th in time to spend my bday here in china WITH....  no one really... hahah.  i wanted to spend my bday in thailand but turns out andrew and his friends are scheduled to fly up to ching mai on the 30th to do the jungle thing for a week before coming to beijing.. soo.... another bday i spend alone.  its all good.  i have friends here.  and then finally from the 7th to the 12th andrew and his friends are coming so i will take them around beijing to all touristy spots as well as local areas.  THEN..... ahh home~ which wont really feel like home since im going to a new house for the first time... but still... i'll love it. i miss cali... and i miss some of you (i said SOME.. so dont feel special bc YOURE probably not one of them...hahah ;))   bye.
